This is just really our simple daily food .So…please, don’t expect to get something special here .This is just really our simple daily food.I want to dedicate my life for my kids; want to keep smiling everyday; want to be happy no matter where we are.Always select the right food and prefer to cook by ourself rather eating out.
Hope my kids try to fight this hard life with soft touch , I want they be happy no matter where there live; love cooking; like eating delicious food done by them self..When getting bored,read recipies and get tried;
These is your time to see some more nice places in the world; don’t always feel miss your home country;
Avoid stressy days,Racism in Campus,
Getting Liar in whatever conditions,
Cheater to yourself, Bad tempered,always heal your soul .
Be patient , not Egoism.
Rahsia Masakan Sedap
1.RAHSIA TEH TARIK
Mami bertanya kepada kekawan rahsia sedap minum teh.Especilly hidangan mamak
.
Pertama, rahsianya, mereka menggunakan campuran lebih 10 jenis daun teh (dlm kuantiti rahsia yg ‘diperfectkan’ sendiri oleh mereka). Mungkin ia kombinasi teh cap R, S, T, U, V, W, X, Y, Z… (mampukah kita menyediakan ini di rumah??)
Kedua, mereka hanya menggunakan susu pekat manis dan susu cair. Jika suka manis, lebihkan susu pekat manis. Susu cair akan memberikan “buih” bila teh itu ditarik. Ada juga yg mencampurkan sedikit krimer (dlm bentuk serbuk) utk memberikan rasa lemak.
Ketiga, minuman itu dikacau/dibancuh dengan sebatang sudu yg sengaja dicelupkan di dalam sebuah ‘kole’ berisi air garam! Sudu ini digunakan berulangkali sepanjang hari, dan titisan air garam yg terlekat pada sudu itulah yg memberikan rasa “ummph” atau “kaw” pada teh tersebut. Harap bolehlah “buka” warung teh tarik sendiri dirumah….
2.BEBOLA IKAN
Membuat bebola ikan ,semua bahan digaul dan dimasukkan ke dalam mangkuk seramik yg besar. Kemudian isi ikan itu ‘dilemparkan’ ke bahagian dalam mangkuk berulangkali hingga ia menjadi kenyal/ elastic dan mudah dibentuk. Kadangkala, gumpalan isi ikan itu ‘dilemparkan’ ke atas papan pencanai yg besar hingga kekenyalan yg sempurna diperolehi.
Ikan yg digunakan iaitu tenggiri berharga agak mahal. Fishball juga boleh diperbuat dari ikan parang atau sebarang ikan yg tidak banyak tulang, tetapi jika anda menggunakan isi ikan yg kemerahan seperti kembung, selar dll, fishball tidak menjadi putih. Ikan berisi merah hanya sesuai utk membuat keropok lekor.
3.MEMBUAT AISKRIM
Tambahkan saja 1/2 tin jagung berkrim utk resepi asas aiskrim,
4.MEMBUAT ABC
ABC adalah campuran cendol, jagung berkrim, kacang merah rebus, agar-agar, cincau dll (ikut suka). Untuk bahagian “atas” pula, selain ais sagat adalah susu cair, susu pekat, air gula melaka dan sirap merah.

Ayam Golek Simple
3 biji bawang besar
5 ulas bawang putih
15 tangkai cili kering
3 batang serai
1 inci halia dan lengkuas
1 sudu besar serbuk kari
1 ekor ayam
1 cawan santan
Cara-cara
1. rebus ayam separuh masak bersama garam dan serbuk kunyit.
2.tos kan ayam lalu digoreng hingga masak.atau bakar bersama2 dengan bahan2 tumis
3. mesin semua bahan2 lalu ditumis hingga garing dan naik minyak.
4. masukkan santan dan ayam atau selepas tumis bahan2 tadi lumurkan bahan tumis pada ayam dan dibakar
5. ratakan ayam bersama kuahnya sambil rasa asam garam dan gula secukup rasa
Ayam Pedas
Bahan:
6 keping paha ayam
1/2 camt serbuk kunyit
1/2 camt garam
200 ml minyak
12 tangkai cili kering (dibuang biji & direndam) }
10 ulas bawang merah } dikisar
3 ulas bawang putih }
2 cm halia }
1 cm lengkuas }
1 keping asam gelugur
250 ml air
garam & gula secukupnya
Cara;
Perap ayam bersama serbuk kunyit dan garam selama 1 jam.
Panaskan minyak, goreng ayam sampai masak. Angkat dan tuskan. Keluarkan separuh minyak, panaskan semula.
Tumis bahan kisar hingga wangi. Masukkan pula asam gelugur, garam, gula dan air. Biar menggelegak selama 5 minit. Kemudian letak ayam goring tadi, kacau rata. Biar mereneh hingga ayam masak.
Masak Lemak Kobis
300 gm kobis atau sayuran lain
1/2 biji kelapa- perah santannya
Sedikit ikan bilis atau udang kering
2 ulas bawang merah
1 biji cili merah- dihiris
Garam, gula secukup rasa
Cara membuat:
Tumbuk ikan bilis dan bawang merah hingga lumat. Masukkan ke dalam periuk
Tuangkan santan cair dan dikacau rata. Jerangkan dengan api perlahan.
Apabila mendidih, masukkan kobis, cili merah dan garam.
Setelah kobis agak lembut masukkan santan pekat, kacau rata dan tutupkan api.

1.Setiap kali memasak gulai yang menggunakan santan seperti ini, anda perlu sentiasa mengacau kuahnya supaya tidak pecah minyak. Api pula hendaklah kecil sahaja.
2.Kobis Cina digalakkan,kerana rasanya lebih manis

Masakan ini sesuai untuk orang yang dalam pantang. Lebih baik tanpa santan dan cili bagi berpantang lepas bersalin .Rebus air sahaja.Gunakan ikan bilis untuk perencah.
