Cepat Dimasak Sedap Dimakan

Menu Harian , easy as A, B, C.

Ayam Pedas

Bahan:

6 keping paha ayam
1/2 camt serbuk kunyit
1/2 camt garam
200 ml minyak


12 tangkai cili kering (dibuang biji & direndam) }
10 ulas bawang merah } dikisar
3 ulas bawang putih }
2 cm halia }
1 cm lengkuas }

1 keping asam gelugur
250 ml air
garam & gula secukupnya

 

Cara;

Perap ayam bersama serbuk kunyit dan garam selama 1 jam.

Panaskan minyak, goreng ayam sampai masak. Angkat dan tuskan. Keluarkan separuh minyak, panaskan semula.

Tumis bahan kisar hingga wangi. Masukkan pula asam gelugur, garam, gula dan air. Biar menggelegak selama 5 minit. Kemudian letak ayam goring tadi, kacau rata. Biar mereneh hingga ayam masak.
